Where do you ship?

Currently we only ship within the United States. We offer free shipping on all domestic orders.

All standard orders are shipped within 5-7 business days (NOTE: a business day does not include Saturdays, Sundays, statutory holidays, or any holidays observed in USA). Please keep this in mind when placing your order.

Once your order is ready, we will send you the tracking number by email keep you updated on the shipment progress.

We will be adding International shipping soon! In the meantime if you are interested in our products and you live internationally (outside the USA) Please email us at: hello@beautybosslab and we can help you with your order.

When will I receive my order?

  • Canvas and Print Artwork is processed and shipped within 3-5 business days and delivered within 5-7 business days.

  • Digi-Doll Digital Images are completed within 5-7 business days. And sent via email.

  • Digi-Doll Custom Art Prints and Acrylic Glass Art ships in 3 weeks. You will be contacted with a PROOF image of the art before it is sent to the printer and shipped out.

  • Stock Photos are digital images and are delivered immediately via email. Please check your SPAM folder if you do not receive your images after purchase.

Is the art only for beauty spaces?

While our art is created with beauty spaces in mind we encourage you to use it wherever you see fit! Our art will work in any space. Use it anywhere in your home or wherever you want to pull together your decor and create a vibe you'll love.

Why is my order split?

Some orders may be split due to their size and the way they are packaged (example: phone cases and wall art cannot be packaged together and will therefore ship separately in their respective packaging).

Can I get my money back?

Canvas Art and Prints: As these items are made to order, we are not able to offer refunds or exchanges on canvas art or art prints.

Custom Orders: There are no refunds or exchanges on custom orders. If you process a custom order and contact us within 24 hours to cancel we may be able to accommodate your request. Email: hello@beautybosslab.com for assistance.

Digital products: Due to the nature of these products all sales are final no exceptions.

Can I cancel my order?

You can request to cancel your order, but it must be done before your order is shipped. Please contact us at hello@beautybosslab.com for further assistance. Custom orders can not be cancelled.
